As the Client Service On-Call Advisor, Sarah is the friendly voice you will hear after hours at Whole Life Home Care. She helps to ensure that we are available to our client families 24/7. Sarah is also responsible for checking in on clients and families to maintain an up-to-date plan of care and ensuring we are meeting or exceeding care expectations.
Sarah is also a mom of two young children and has personal experience as a caregiver. This experience makes her uniquely qualified to understand the needs of clients and caregivers. Sarah’s involvement in our clients care ensures a “holistic” plan for our clients that addresses their individual needs.
