With more than 17 years of professional experience, Michael has worked with diverse clientele – from Hollywood to performance athletes to elite businessmen and women. Michael uses intervention-like techniques to assist with major lifestyle changes, bringing to balance food intake and physical output. While compassionate yet stern, Michael helps meet life-goals set by his clients.
