Bio

Marlene is a calm, caring educated woman who has made a lifelong commitment to caring for the elderly and disabled. 

She has been an licensed vocational nurse for many years and was the owner operator of multiple homes for adults with developmental disabilities.  As the administrator, she is competent to deal with every manner of personal assisting for seniors. Also knowledgeable about senior resources in the community.  

She has also worked in skilled nursing facilities in geriatrics and psychiatry.  Because of this extensive experience she can care for clients with both physical and mental diseases with a great deal of care and compassion. 

She is very familiar with family conferences and because she also has had professional training in counseling , she can help family members sort through the many complex issues that face them when a loved or is ill or disabled.  

She gave up her own nursing business to care for an ill family member and is just now getting a chance to return to her passion, nursing care.
