Bio

Debbie did not necessarily start out looking to be Director of Client Services, but she is now currently loving her position because as she says: "People are my thing."

Debbie has been married for 34 years and was a stay at home mom for 20 years, an asset that helps her connect with clients who want to have in-home help.

Debbie loves cooking, reading, and being with her family (3 kids and 5 grandkids!). She also has a passion for outdoors activities such as camping and boating.

Jello Cake
My Favorite Chicken
Roasted Garlic on Baguette

 

Jello Cake

Ingredients:
One Box White Cake Mix
3 Egg Whites
1/4 C Oil
1/2 C Water
One Box Strawberry Jello (Or any flavor!)

Make White Cake Mix as directed by box. Bake for specified amount of time.

While White Cake is baking, prepare Jello. Use 1/2 specified water, making sure to use boiling water only.

When cake is done baking, take out of oven and poke several dozen holes in the top of the cake with a fork.

Pour Jello mix over the top of the cake. Refrigerate for 2 hours.

Before serving, spread Cool Whip on the top of the cake. Enjoy!

My Favorite Chicken

Ingredients:
2 1/2 to 3 LBs of frozen chicken
2 Cans of Rotell Original Tomatoes
A sprinkle of garlic salt
Croc-Pot for cooking

2 1/2 to 3 pound bag of frozen chicken breasts in a Croc-Pot

Pour 2 cans of Rotell Original Tomatoes on top of the chicken.

Sprinkle garlic salt over the chicken

Cook on Low for 6 hours.

Take chicken out and shred it.

Chicken can be used to make tacos, burritos, quesadillas, with rice and beans, or just by itself, it's so yummy!

Roasted Garlic on Baguette

Ingredients:
3 or 4 heads of garlic
Some Olive Oil
Baguette
Cheese (optional)
Salt (optional)

Take 3 or 4 heads of garlic. Cut the tips off to expose the garlic cloves.

Take an oven-proof dish and pour in some olive oil, enough to coat the bottomof the pan generously. Put the garlic heads in the pan, cut side down.

Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 375 degrees. Garlic should be soft and carmelized on the bottom. Remove and cool while you are preparing the baguette.

Cut the baguette in small slices. Brush the baguette slices with olive oil and bake in oven ona cookie sheet until lightly toasted. You can even melt cheese on the baguette slices if you want.

Take the garlic cloves and gently squeeze them out of the heads. Or you can pick them out with a fork. Take one or two cloves and spread them on the baguette.The garlic should be soft and easy to spread. Sprinkle lightly with salt if you prefer.
